All limited edition prints from Equus Studio are archival, professional quality prints, printed from a Canon Pixma Pro9500 printer. The printer uses a 10-color pigment ink system that resists the damaging effects of light for up to 100 years, and paper that resists yellowing.
Archival matte paper (above) is best for black and white prints, delivering exceptional detail and contrast. Its texture gives prints the look and feel of the original.

The two images above show the difference between pearl-finish and musuem etching paper, respectively. The pearl finish gives higher color and contrast. Musuem etching gives a more muted, antique feel to the print, thanks to its coarse texturing.
